Day 1: Arrive Sydney- Day Free at Leisure

On arrival at Sydney International Airport, our local representative will be waiting at the specified area to welcome and transfer you to the hotel. A warm welcome to the Harbour City of Australia! Check In to your hotel and relax. The day is free at your own leisure. Stretch out and rest in your room as you must be tired after a long flight.

In the evening however, you can opt for Sydney Showboat Dinner Cruise- Australia's most luxurious paddle wheeler, renowned for its famous dinner cruise and show. Entertainment is assured right from the moment you step on board. Captivating array of outstanding Australian performers, in-house magicians, dynamic vocalists and dancers in vibrant costumes are assured to delight audiences. It is perfect for a romantic night out or any celebration that demands fun and entertainment combined with amazing restaurant dining experience.

To ensure your dinner experience is a quality dinner cruise, we request your cooperation in adhering to the minimum dress code.
Men are requested to wear collared shirts and pants. Gentlemen are not permitted to wear sleeveless clothing or shorts on dinner cruise.
Women are encouraged to dress accordingly to attend a dinner at a quality restaurant. Ethnic formal costume is allowed (saree, kimono, etc.)
We do not permit athletic wear (tracksuits or sweat pant and hoodies) thongs, singlets, beach wear.
The guest will be refused boarding if they are not dressed appropriately and not respectful to other guests and meet the decorum of the cruise. Any customer refused boarding due to inappropriate dress code, as per the discretion of the captain and cruise director, will be offered a refund. Refund will only apply to the refused passenger, not the whole group.

Day 2: Sydney- Half Day City Tour

Visit Harbour Bridge, City Skyline, Kings Cross, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Bondi Beach and the Opera House

After morning breakfast at the hotel today, board the coach for your Half-Day City Tour. Explore the highlights of Sydney that include Sydney Opera House & Harbour Bridge- the two most well known and clicked landmarks of Sydney. Enjoy stunning views of city skyline from here and further to King's Cross, Darling Harbour- a vibrant & lively harbour-side precinct, Chinatown and the world famous Bondi Beach (Tour ends at City centre / Shopping area). Rest of the day is free for your own leisure when you can go for some shopping.

Day 3: Sydney - Cairns

Have a fill at morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Sydney Airport for onward flight to Cairns. On your arrival at Cairns Airport, our local tour representative will meet you and transfer to your hotel (Standard Check In time is 1400-1500 hrs). Rest of the day is free for your own leisure. After relaxing for a while step out in evening and explore nearby areas.

Day 4: Cairns- Day Free for Leisure

Optional: Great Barrier Reef Tour (at extra cost)

Take a fill at morning breakfast. The day is on your leisure. You can go out for self exploration or you can head out for a cruise to Great Barrier Reef (at an additional cost)- one of the most beautiful natural wonders of the world. The 2000km long stretch of Coral Reef makes it the largest of its kind in the world. Witness the brilliant colours and fascinating life-forms of the World Heritage Great Barrier Reef as you glide in your Semi-Submersible. Spend your day enjoying the most spectacular marine life and corals. Enjoy a swim or snorkel to view the live corals and marine life. You can also try scuba diving, undersea walk or a helicopter ride over the scenic Barrier Reef on your own at an additional charge (not for the faint hearted).

Day 5: Cairns - Gold Coast (via Brisbane)

Enjoy morning breakfast at hotel, check out and drive to the Cairns Airport for your flight to flight to Brisbane. On your arrival at Brisbane Airport, our local tour operator would be there to welcome and transfer you to the hotel in Gold Coast. (Note: Standard Check In time is 1400 Hrs. Early Check In is Subject to Availability) Rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 6: Gold Coast- Day Free for Leisure

Optional: Tour to Sea World (at extra cost)

Rise to a beautiful morning at Gold Coast and decide the action of your day over the course of an extensive breakfast. You can step out for self discovery of this wonderful place and spend some leisure time on its world famous beaches or you can opt for a full day at Sea World included with entrance (at additional cost).

Sea World is a marine park, oceanarium and a theme park that includes rides, animal exhibits and other attractions. Meet baby Polar Bear, get up n close to the lovely seals, make friends with dolphins, see sharks and visit world's second largest penguins. After a day filled with fun and excitement, return to hotel and relax.

Day 7: Gold Coast- Day Free for Leisure

Laze up till late in your cozy bed as the day is free for your own leisure. After morning breakfast at hotel, go out to have fun in the city on your own or opt for a full day at Movie World with Entrance & Transfers Included (at an additional cost).

Warner Brothers Movie World- the land of lights, cameras and action of Hollywood, shifted to Gold Coast. Take an exciting experience of movie making behind the scenes and explore the amazing line-up of attractions that is worth watching. A must watch is the Looney Tunes Village where you can enjoy the new Road Runner Roller Coaster with your whole family especially kids. Get an instant adrenaline rush on Wild Wild West Adventure Ride and play with all your favorite Looney Tunes characters like Bugs Bunny, Tweety and the gang. Return to your hotel after a joy filled day and retire to your cozy bed.

Day 8: Gold Coast- Melbourne- City Tour

Enjoy morning breakfast at hotel. Check out from the hotel for your transfer to Brisbane airport for your flight to Melbourne. Arrive Melbourne and proceed to Half Day City Tour of one of the most vibrant cities of the world. Visit the Federation Square, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Shrine of Remembrance and Art Center. Later we also make a visit to Melbourne Cricket Ground.

Day 9: Melbourne- Day Free for Leisure

It offers you the most stunning sights of this amazing country on a heart throbbing drive along the ocean. To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.

If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.

If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,

You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Important Information

This package cost is based on national AUD rate at Rs. 49/-, the bench mark rate taken uniformally as AUD is too much volatile and can’t be changed in itinerary / handout frequently. This is the HDFC Bank TT Selling rate taken at which the Bank will be making remittance to vendors abroad through Telex Transfer for land-arrangements etc. Please don’t get confused with the Inter Bank rate or Currency buying / selling rates being quoted on Currency rate sites or Bank’s Currency trading site.
To avoid impact of future fluctuation you can get the package cost freezed by making 100% payment of package cost adjusted at the prevailing TT selling rate of HDFC Bank at time booking or within 5 days of it. There will be Rs. 500/- (pp) extra towards Remittance & Bank transaction charges payable as remittance will be sent separately for & on your behalf.
Else, if you choose to make payments as per Schedule of Payment given in itinerary - at time of full & final payment the TT selling rate prevailing at that time shall apply.

Terms & Conditions

Tour operated subject to minimum 20 passengers.
Need Visa Document within 02 days after Booking.
In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
Due to operational reasons, the routing of tour may be amended. However all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
As hotels / Flights / Itinerary / Route are subject to change without notice, no compensation will be paid for changes.
You must be in possession of a valid Multiple Entry Australia Visa. The cost of this Visa is included in your tour price. Some Consulates may request for a personal interview. You will have to attend this Interview.
The 3rd person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a rollaway bed
Hotel occupancy regulations, maximum 3 persons are allowed in one room
It is entirely your responsibility to arrange, provide and carry on tour valid travel documents including Passport, which is valid for a period of at least six months from the date of travel on the tour with necessary Visa/s and immigration clearance (if applicable), confirmed air tickets, documents confirming insurance to cover risk to life, limb and property for the duration of the tour, medical clearances, inoculation / vaccination certificates as the case may be to be able to travel as per the tour itinerary.
The Service Voucher(s) along with air-tickets and other travel documents would be given to you 4 days prior to the departure, only on payment of full tour cost including foreign exchange component 30 days prior to the departure of the tour and adherence to the schedule of documentation by you.
If the booking is accepted less than 30 days prior to departure, you shall make full payment of the tour cost including foreign exchange component and deposits at the time of booking.
It is entirely your responsibility to check the Service Voucher(s) / Tickets / Visas / Insurance Policies carefully and to let the Company know immediately in the event of any error.
Please take care of all your personal belongings and valuable and note that Local Operator will not be held liable for any loss.
Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
- If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 25,000/- shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 44 to 31 days prior to departure, 40% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made 14 to 08 days prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
- If cancellation is made anytime less then 07 days prior to departure or In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
If Visa got rejected for any Reason Minimum Rs. 25,000/- per person will be deducted towards processing from your amount before 31 days of Travel (Within 30 days of Travel date Visa rejection Charges as per Cancellation Policy).
In addition to the above, in case of cancellation of tour by either party, the amount spent by the Company on visas, medical insurance, POE including administrative charges would be payable by the Client. If the total cancellation charges mentioned above exceed the amount paid by the Client, the balance amount would be payable by the Client.
In case of Third Party Products (Flight, Hotel, Rail, Cruise, etc.) the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned Third Party Service Provider would be applicable and in addition the Company shall have the right to claim service and communication charges.
