Day 1: Arrive KL

Arrive at Kuala Lumpur Airport, complete the formalities and meet our local representative at the specified area and get transferred to the hotel. Enjoy your first glances of the city with its sky roaring buildings glistening in night lights. Check-in at hotel and relax.

Day 2: KL City Tour- Rest of the Day Free

Charge yourself with the morning breakfast and proceed to see the major city landmarks via KL City Tour. Kuala Lumpur is an urban center with distinct flavours of cultures, heritage, traditions and values. It is a unique city that clutches on to its values and traditions and embraces the modernity at the same time. We visit the King’s Palace, old railway station and the most renowned Petronas Twin Towers- the national symbol of Malaysia. Driving past the National Mosque, Independence Square and National Monument, we make a stop at National Museum and then at the Handicraft Center to buy traditional handicrafts or Chocolate Factory.

Rest of the day is at leisure. This is a good time to go for some shopping as Kuala Lumpur has lots to offer in shopping in its local markets. Return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Day Free for Leisure

Optional: Sunway Lagoon Tour with 5 Theme Park Rides ticket + Dinner at Indian Restaurant (at an extra cost)

Have a fill at morning breakfast. The day is free at your own leisure. You can go for self exploration of the city or else join us for a fun filled trip to Sunway Lagoon (at an additional cost).

Divided into 5 Theme Parks being Water Park, Amusement Park, Extreme Park, Scream Park and Wildlife Park, Sunway Lagoon ensures a great day for all ages. Indulge in various fun activities and rides, splash at the water park, do bungee jumping, go karting, pump up your adrenaline at the rollercoaster rides and catch the live Wild Wild West performance, visit the Wildlife Park to witness more than 150 species of animals from across the globe and meet spooky dark creatures at the Scream Park. Proceed for dinner at an Indian Restaurant after an action packed day and return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 4: Day Free for Leisure

Today after breakfast, you can either spend the day at leisure on your own pace or take a trip with us to Genting Highlands (at an additional cost).

Perched on a hill top at about 6000 feet above sea level, Genting Highlands make for a perfect day out amidst the cool and fresh environs and lush green rainforests. Indulge in numerous amusement rides and activities at the Indoor Theme Park, world’s first and one of the largest of its kind. Enjoy at the snow world ‘chilling’ in the snow! After having dinner at an Indian Restaurant, return back to the hotel and relax.

Day 5: Day Free for Leisure

A holiday is never complete without enjoying a lazy morning! So today is all yours. After morning breakfast, catch up on some sleep or enjoy hotel’s facilities. You can go to explore the city at your own pace. In the evening, you can opt for KL Night Tour (at an extra cost).

Optional: KL Night Tour with KL Tower Ticket + Dinner (at an extra cost)
It is a delight to see such a beautiful city at night. KL with its sky touching buildings looks adorable with gleaming lights. The main feature of the tour is the visit to KL Tower. It is the second highest freestanding tower in the world with a height of 421 meters. Get up to observation deck and take panoramic city views. Later enjoy dinner at an Indian Restaurant and return to hotel afterwards.

Day 6: Return Home with Wonderful Memories

Morning have a fill at breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel (1200 hrs). Today your vacation at Kuala Lumpur comes to an end. Flight being late in the evening, you can steal a couple of hours for that last minute shopping. Get some souvenirs for your loved ones back home. Catch your transfer to airport for your return flight to Delhi. On your return, we would like to receive your feedback about the trip.

  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100%  of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy. 
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.

Terms & Conditions

  • Similar * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen dollars.
  • Package cost includes (ground handling charges) dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
  • Normal hotel check in time is 1400-1600 hours and check out time is 1000-1200 hours
  • Package cost is subject to change until full confirmation for package tour.
  • Rooms are subject to availability.
  • Selection of seats in Airline is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the airlines.
  • All transfers tours based on Seat-In-Coach (SIC) basis (Shared Basis).
  • Date and timing of tours programmed can be changed by local agent.
  • As of now we are not holding any service, it is subject to availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.
  • Room type (double or twin is subject to availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
  • Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
  • Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.
  • The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
  • Scheduling & re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company).

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation policy applicable for booking done as guarantee booking
    This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

  • Cancellation policy
    Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
    • If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 20% or Rs. 12,500/- (whichever is higher) shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
    • Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
    • Cancellation charges for Air Asia ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.

  • Your booking is having travel tour components which need guarantee booking, which means no cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
    If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
